Gentle asanas for the back, shoulder and neck are strengthening and softening – opening up and releasing tension.
Part of the yoga practice are the Bandhas, Mudras, pranayama, the yogi breath and meditation which are promoting deep relaxation and relieving stress.
Please prepare a Yoga Bolster and a Block or thick a cusion or a thick book.
